Together we will honor the dedication, strength, and love of family caregivers to begin National Family Caregivers Month.  This uplifting session will provide space for participants to interact and reflect on their caregiving journey and acknowledge the resilience it takes to care for a loved one.  We will explore practical tools for self-care and empowerment while also discovering ways to nurture joy and hope along the way.
