Join us as the Insights Program from Independence at Home (A SCAN Community Service) presents. Holidays can bring joy—but also sadness, loneliness, or stress. This class helps participants plan ahead for emotional triggers, identify sources of support, and practice self-care strategies to navigate the season with greater ease and balance.
