Supporting Brain Health in our Community | Alzheimer’s Association

Everyone deserves a life with the healthiest brain possible, and we can all take action to protect our brain health. This presentation shares important information about brain-healthy actions we should all build into our routines to benefit our brains. It’s never too early—or too late—to start prioritizing brain health. This presentation helps everyone understand the science- backed steps we can take to support lifelong brain health.

Moving On: When is the Right Time to Move | Elder Care Management

There are very few people who enjoy the thought of moving from their home. This talk will focus on the nuts and bolts of contemplating a move and how to make it happen. Timing, touring, care needs and finances will be addressed along with helpful tips to make the move a successful one. Learn how to have productive family conversations regarding amajor life transition and hear about ways to ensure your move goes smoothly.
