This class offers practical strategies to help caregivers maintain their well-being while managing daily routines for individuals living with dementia. Learn how to create balance, prevent burnout, and build realistic schedules that support both you and the person in your care.

You’ll also explore ways to:

  • Set healthy boundaries

  • Create sustainable caregiving rhythms
