Join us as the Insights Program from Independence at Home (A SCAN Community Service) explores the often-overlooked grief caregivers experience as health changes unfold over time. This session helps participants recognize their emotions, understand the impact of ongoing loss, and learn healthy ways to cope. Practical tools and supportive strategies will be shared to promote resilience and healing throughout the caregiving journey.
