The Caregiver Resource Centers Del Mar, Del Oro, and Passages invite you to join guest speaker Ed Frauenheim, author of Reinventing Masculinity, for a session on how male caregivers can thrive by exploring burdens of caregiving, discussing how traditional expectations for men can hurt, and developing new practices to help improve wellbeing.
