Whether you're a caregiver or a concerned family member, this event offers valuable tools and inspiration to help you care with confidence and compassion.

ALZHEIMER'S AWARENESS - Denise Davis, Alzheimer’s Association

This presentation provides a brief overview of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and the Alzheimer’s Association services. Topics include the impact of Alzheimer’s, risk factors, warning signs and how others can join the fight against the disease.

CARING FOR THE CAREGIVER: Self-Care While Navigating Dementia Routines - Stephani Gunther, Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center

This class offers practical strategies to help caregivers maintain their well-being while managing daily routines and activities for individuals with dementia. Learn how to create balance, prevent burnout, and build realistic schedules that support both the caregiver and the person receiving care—while also making space for rest and boundaries.
