Carmela Enriquez
Program Assistant II

Carmela joined the Del Oro team in April 2022 as Program Assistant II. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. Carmela has a varied background in administrative work and education and has also worked firsthand with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Given her background and knowledge of adults with a brain impairment, Carmela feels that she can relate with caregivers on a personal level. Outside of Del Oro, she serves on the board for Lincoln Jr. Zebra Football and Cheer as the Parent Volunteer Coordinator. Carmela enjoys crafting, hiking, spending time with friends and—most of all—her family, which includes husband Jason, two daughters, Lennon and Sydney and one son, Ezra.
