Parkinson's Association Annual Educational Conference

This all day event will feature various experts in the field of Parkinson's disease and caregiving.

Morning refreshments and registration begins at 8:00.

Dr. Nicklesh Thakur with Sutter Health will begin the conference with an overview of what is new in PD medicine.

After a short break a panel discussion will begin with Dr. Suketu Khandhar, with Kaiser as the moderator. Panelist include Dr. Eric Egli, psychologist for Kaiser; Michelle Payne, MA, CCC-SLP, speech and language pathologist at UC Davis; movement disorder specialists Dr. Ehsan Hadi with Dignity Health, Dr. Norika Malhado-Chang and Dr. Sasha Duffy with UC Davis; and Christine Shade, PT, DPT, NCS, physical therapist with Kaiser.

Julie Interrante, MA will end our day with a discussion on caregiving and care receiving.
