Grief and loss touches lives in various ways and at various times. Loss may include the death of a loved one but may also include loss of social connections, jobs, roles, loss of financial security, or loss of physical well-being.It is important to recognize and honor these losses, while also identifying what may have been learned or gained as a result of these losses. Caregiver stories will be shared and strategies to recognize and attend to these losses will be explored.The group concludes with a brief affirmation exercise to honor a loss.
