Static in the Attic: Memory Enhancement & Brain Wellness
Memory can actually get better as we age, but it requires training with regular brain exercises. In this FREE workshop for caregivers, Dr. Alice Jacobs, Educational Physiologist and pioneer in the field of senior learning, will discuss recent brain research, ways to enhance memory and how to lead a brain-wellness lifestyle. She also will explain how memory works, including factors that impact it, and what we can do to preserve our wits and lessen our risk of developing dementia.
