Static in the Attic: Memory Enhancement & Brain Wellness
Memory can actually get better as we age, but it requires training with regular brain exercises. In this FREE workshop for caregivers, Dr. Alice Jacobs, Educational Physiologist and pioneer in the field of senior learning, will discuss recent brain research, ways to enhance memory and how to lead a brain-wellness lifestyle. She also will explain how memory works, including factors that impact it, and what we can do to preserve our wits and lessen our risk of developing dementia. You will be able to try out some exercises designed to stimulate different areas of the brain for a good “neurobic” workout! Join us and have fun while you grow some new brain cells!

Good nutrition is key to good health, and good health is especially important for caregivers and their loved ones. But digesting all the information about nutrition can be difficult and overwhelming.
